  There must be several thousand real estate agents in the Lehigh Valley, so why do I feel that I made the right decision when I asked Kate Schaffner to represent me? First and foremost, because Kate has a wonderful personality and a style that always made me feel like we were working together as a team, and with my best interests in mind. Next, because she is experienced and knowledgeable. In looking back, I can honestly say that everything she ever said to me was completely accurate, and quite often, very insightful. Kate is an excellent communicator. She is clear, concise, and articulate in both her verbal and written communication. She is also a great photographer, so I was very pleased with the overall composition of my listing. Kate is responsive. I could always count on her to reply to me promptly, if not immediately, wether it was by text message, phone call, e-mail, or in person. I always felt like Kate was right on top of things. Selling a home can be stressful, but she did a great job of helping me stay focused on what needed to be done as we worked together through each challenge.
