- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Really nice apartments. Ownership, not so much. First--the rent is essentially a moderate mortgage for a reasonably-sized one bedroom apartment. I could get a house for what I paid here. Second--we were lied to when we moved in--we were told that after a year living here we could negotiate our rent for the second year. Well the rent went up $75/month and when we asked for that to be lowered, they told us they no longer do negotiations. Then they re-listed the apartment for less than we paid after we moved out. INSULTING. It's a nice place to live, quiet and safe (if you don't mind spending almost $15,000 a year on an apartment)...but the ownership doesn't really care about the tenants...By Ryan Berger, June 13, 2017
